Edition 2015 contains a small collections of images that were created in 2014. The used technics cover a wide range, such as Pano-Stack, single stack, macro as well as a self-made transparent cut.

Mischlicht Innenraum-290x290For all who like planning ahead: The programm for 2015 is online. This time with an increased number of workshops (5). In addition to the "standard" ones, a new one will focus on "light". A few shorter lectures are in planning or under preparation. Find more information in the events menue. The picture shows part of the organ of the Hallgrímskirkja (Reykjavik, Iceland).

PA Logo LinzThe program of this year's photoadventure in Linz is online. Gerhard offers 2 workshops and a seminar. The workshops cover "light, basis of photography" and "composition and effects". The half-day seminar is dedicated to "macro photography". Tickets can already be ordered. Throughout the whole event you can meet us at booth number 326, hall B.

Fliege SIngle-290x2901Gerhard has been invited to give two presentations at an event of the Berliner Mikroskopischen Gesellschaft. The lecture is titled "Impressions of a nature photographer at work", whereas the workshop covers "Digitale workflow and micro photos". Find more information here.

PA Logo LinzIn any case, we have to be part of the second Photoadventure in Linz. This year taking place from November 7th to 9th, 2014. Currently we are working on the design of the two seminars and the workshop. You can also meet us at our booth and we are looking forward to a lot of interesting discussions.

Wespe WebFinally we made it, a few of Gerhard's new pictures are online (Edition 2014).

Most of the displayed details are between 0,4 and 6 mm. Most of them are pano stacks, consisting of 1 to 20 focus stacks, each of them build up by 12 to 670 layers. Most of the shots were taken under the microscope. Plants were sliced and coloured.

The images show: Segments of the wing of an antlion and a butterfly, head of a wasp, segments of Rhododendron tomentosum and Viscum.
