VTNOE regional come-together Muehlviertel Upper Austria 2023
Eight of us met in the Mühlviertel. Six women and two men didn't pay any attention to the forecast of bad weather and in the end they were right. The rain held off until the end :-)
On Saturday morning we went to a beech forest, the green of the fresh leaves was a dream. Afterwards we went back to Weinberg Castle for breakfast and then to the Feldaist and the coffee house, where we could even sit outside. We spent the afternoon at the Waldaist and the Tannermoor. Some of us even managed to take pictures of the sunset. On Sunday morning, we visited another spot on the Feldaist and then went to breakfast and had time for interesting discussions. Afterwards, we returned to the same spot on the Feldaist as on Saturday. The day before we had sun, but now it was perfect with the overcast sky. I would not have thought that the weather gods would be so kind to us. We only had real rain on the way home.
